Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for people worrying about their health, and the health of their loved ones.

My approach

I understand that there is nothing more important than your health, and the health of the people closest to you. In my years working as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist I have met with countless people who’ve been told ‘it’s all in your head’, or been labelled a ‘hypochondriac’. I understand anxiety is real, and can help you manage this so you can live your life and spend your time focusing on what matters most to you.

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, currently working in an NHS Talking Therapies service. I have also been trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Evidence based treatment for health anxiety, panic, OCD, PTSD and phobias.

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Spending a lot of time battling your anxious thoughts? This approach can help you learn to live with life’s uncertainties and be more present with your friends and family.

  • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

If your worries are having a big impact on your life it can be easy to blame yourself, and feel unheard by the people around you. CFT can help you be kinder to yourself and more understanding of others.
